Marco Robledo is a recognized authority in Teal Organizations, New Organizational Paradigms, the Transformation Economy, and Transformational Tourism. He guides organizations and individuals toward higher consciousness, helping them create more conscious, humane, effective, and socially responsible enterprises.
He is a Professor of Business and Director of the MBA at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB), where he blends academic rigor with practical impact, bridging the gap between research and real-world transformation.
